7010, ALM 7002, und ALC 7000 Die Ladestufe der ELV Ladegeräte ALM 7010, ALM 7002 und ALC 7000 verwenden alle den Leistungstransistor BUZ272. Dieser kann aber nach einiger Zeit durchbrennen, unter anderem auch wegen zu schwachem Gate-Source Überspannungsschutz mit der bidirektionalen Suppressordiode BZW06-15B, welche bei älteren Geräten verbaut worden ist.
