Note: I used common CMOS components (logical levels: 0/1 correspond to physical levels: 0/5 Volt), so remember that you need a servo-signal-amplifier for circuits you want to use with Futaba-Receivers, if circuits are not specifically designed for it.
Or consider using TTL-level compatible devices.

Precision Digital Altimeter   [Toc] [Top]
MPXS4100 absolute pressure sensor, PIC16F84 and wireless transmitter & receiver
Altimeter for my radio controlled modelplanes, but can also be used for hiking, climbing, mountaineering and other outdoor activities. Has an excellent resolution of 1 meter and a range of 4100 meters. This project is 'work in progress'.

Use your PC soundcard as oscilloscope
If you don't have your own oscilloscope, you can use your PC's soundcard line-in as input for a primitive oscilloscope (range 0-20 kHz). Here is the schematic of the interface. A/C coupling only.

Reparatur der defekten Lade-Leistungsstufe der ELV Ladegeräte ALM 7010, ALM 7002, und ALC 7000
Die Ladestufe der ELV Ladegeräte ALM 7010, ALM 7002 und ALC 7000 verwenden alle den Leistungstransistor BUZ272. Dieser kann aber nach einiger Zeit durchbrennen, unter anderem auch wegen zu schwachem Gate-Source Überspannungsschutz mit der bidirektionalen Suppressordiode BZW06-15B, welche bei älteren Geräten verbaut worden ist.
